Meet Tashara Scottland from Miami, Florida
she is an active teenager that is making a name for herself by getting good grades in school. Tashara don't stop there
she sings in her community church with the voice of an angel. She is featured on Gil`zit Music CD Connect the Dots which
can be purchased in our catalog section of our website. She is an active member of Pathfinders which she is always on time
and attending faithfully. Tashara participate in a church program in which an essay was to be submitted she turned her essay
in and won the winnings of $500 towards her college tuition. We have to keep active in our community in a positive way and
Tashara is a prefect example of a young lady who is making her mark in this world.
Meet Jr Carr, here is a young man that believes in giving back his time and energy to children with in his community, not just any child but the special needs children at the YMCA where he volunteers. He has devoted his education to helping childen with special needs. He goes to college for Bio Tech-engineering so he can learn how to built state of the art equipment to help his children at the YMCA. His dream is to one day be able to invent ways to make their life much easier. To help the families of special needs children, making the equipment for their needs less expensive, so that one day all famalies of special needs children can afford it. Working at Pinewood Elementary closey with the instructors in this field, learn and gaining knowledge for better understanding of their needs. This is only a tip of the ice-berg on what the future has in store for this young individual. |
